Katie Heath

 
 

Katie (she/her) is pursuing her Masters Degree in Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She assists in treating anxiety, depression, food attachments, hoarding, life transition issues, relationship and family problems, and body image challenges.

Katie takes a holistic approach with clients, focusing on their lived experiences and providing support wherever they are in their process of self-exploration. She utilizes a combination of depth-oriented and cognitive-behavioral interventions to help clients understand patterns that no longer serve them.

 
 

Katie believes that we are all capable of overcoming emotional pain and discovering an authentic, satisfying life. Katie is supervised by Justina Floyd, our Training Director. To learn more about Justina and her experience, check out her bio here.
