The Perfectionist’s Guide to Losing Control

This six-week structured group for women challenges the way we look at perfectionism and ourselves, and how to get more by being more. Depression & Anxiety Skills

Isolation is the most reported symptom of depression and anxiety. This group meets weekly to connect and learn from one another, as well as to learn new integrative therapies to interweave into our lives. We will work together to share our experiences and learn skills through CBT, DBT and expressive arts. All genders 18+ are welcome.
