Ginny Lupka, LCMHCA

 

Sarah Virginia (“Ginny”) Lupka (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate based in the state of North Carolina. She specializes in reproductive mental health and has completed advanced trainings in perinatal mental health and trauma from Postpartum Support International and the Institute of Reproductive Grief Care.  Ginny provides support for adults and couples navigating infertility, reproductive loss, and relationship struggles. She also offers treatment for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, religious trauma, and postpartum issues.

To provide care that is specifically tailored to her client’s needs, Ginny takes an integrative approach to treatment that infuses trauma-informed, person-centered interventions with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and Gottman Method couples counseling.

 

It takes immense courage to reach out for help. When you meet with Ginny for therapy, you’ll be met with curiosity and respect as you work to decrease your symptoms and increase your quality of life.
